What kind of place is OTTIMO?
A boutique stay: a reception, check-in at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00, and daily housekeeping for short stays, in rooms with a full kitchen, a washer-dryer and a desk. Stay one night or several months.
Is housekeeping included?
Daily for short stays. Monthly stays choose a housekeeping plan that suits them.
How do long stays work?
Choose "By the month" in the request. Monthly rates are quoted for you, less for longer terms. Utilities by meter, clear monthly terms, and support when you need it.
How do I know a message is really from OTTIMO?
We only contact you from the channels listed on this page, or your booking platform's inbox. We never ask for card numbers. We never change bank details by message.
Our Facebook page is for news. We do not confirm bookings or take deposits through Facebook messages.
